We are a family business with over 30 years of experience in manufacture and supply of oak frames to both consumers and trade. As part of a larger group, we source oak from Europe in consolidated quantities, as well as using state of the art design and manufacturing facilities. This allows us to:

We offer supply only timber frames and components as follows:
- Oak framed garage kits
- Complete oak trusses
- Oak and softwood garage doors
- Accessories (door furniture, fin plates etc.)
In addition, we can arrange services in the following areas:
- Planning application drawings
- Structural engineering drawings and approval
Lead times for manufacture
Our lead time for manufacture and supply of timber componenets is 8 weeks from the date the structural calculations have been approved and you have agreed to altered prices and paid the difference (if this is the case following structural calculations).
Assembly
The prices quoted include oak frame kit supply only. The oak frame kit will arrive ready to assemble, with all oak and softwood sections cut to size and planed all around, all joints and drill holes where appropriate, with a suitable amount of oak dowel.
We will supply an easy to understand document, which will give instructions and all necessary information to allow a local builder, carpenter or a DIY enthusiast to assemble the frame. We are also available 5 days a week during normal working hours for advice during assembly process.
If you are struggling to find a building contractor to assemble your oak framed garage and are located within a 100-mile radius from our manufacturing site in Sussex, we will be able to arrange assembly service, subject to a separate quotation.
You will need to find your own independent building contractor for all general building work such as groundworks, foundations, wall building, roofing, services, insulation, rendering and any other construction work.
Guarantee
We offer a 12-month structural defect guarantee on all supplied oak framed garage kits, oak roof trusses and oak beams. This means we will replace any elements of the oak frame, should they develop a structural defect within 1 year of delivery.
Sustainability
Oak beams are the ultimate renewable resource – they require no industrial processing and can be used in their raw state with minimal waste and energy expended.
We are a responsible manufacturer, committed to ecological conservation. We therefore only source oak beams from properly managed sustainable supplies, preferably those carrying FSC or PEFC accreditation. Not only are green oak buildings environmentally friendly, the framing process can be 30% quicker than other modern construction methods, saving money, time and emissions.
