3-Bay Oak Garages
Three bay oak framed garages are the most popular with our clients. If you are looking for design ideas for your oak garage, browse our collection of three bay designs, which are by no means limiting. You can customise each garage to your needs.
How to choose:
If you would like to build under permitted development rights, then a 3 bay oak garage with a 35 degree roof pitch will be more suitable, as the overall heights is under 4 metres. There garages have a catslide at the rear, for a full depth bay. Please check with your local authority for your specific planning conditions
A 40 degree roof pitch means you will get a full height garage bay, so you can easily reverse your car into the garage. This roof option comes without a cat-slide, but there is an option with a cat slide at the rear for extra room. You will need a planning permission for this garage type.
We make our oak garages to order, once a structural engineer has approved the design for your specific location. You can source your own structural engineer or purchase the service through us. As a result, the price may vary slightly from shown, but worry not, you will have plenty of opportunities to amend or cancel your garage order and get a full refund.
